TWO MINUTE VEGAN PROTEIN MUG CAKE

This delicious mug cake satisfies all the cravings and even better that it takes only 2 minute to make and has some extra protein too.

MAKES: PREP TIME: COOK TIME:
1 Mug Cake 5 minutes 2 minutes
FOR MUG CAKE:
1 serving (scoop) of vegan chocolate protein
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 a banana mashed
1 tbsp of cocoa powder
some vegan dark chocolate chips
MAKE MUG CAKE:
In a mug:
1. Mash the banana then add the almond milk and combine.
2. Add in the protein powder and cocoa powder and stir until everything is mixed.
(Add a bit more almond milk if it is too dry)
3. Add as many chocolate chips as you want and stir one more time.
4. Microwave for 2 minutes on high .
5. Enjoy as is or drizzle with some nut butter.
