VEGAN SWEET CREPES

Happy Monday everyone. Starting my week off with these yummy sweet crepes.


MAKES: PREP TIME: COOK TIME:

4 crepes 5 minutes 5 minutes

⁣FOR THE CREPES:

160g plain flour ⁣

4 tbsp coconut sugar

300ml of almond milk

1 tbsp of coconut oil ⁣

FOR TOPPINGS:

4 sliced strawberries

2 tsp nut butter

some blueberries

icing sugar for dusting

MAKE THE CREPES:

1. In a bowl combine all of the ingredients and whisk until a smooth batter forms. ⁣

2. Cook in a pan with some coconut oil over medium heat (2-3 min a side).

3. Serve with the toppings and enjoy.
