VEGAN CHOCOLATE FUDGESICLES
RECIPES/SWEET TREATS/ICE CREAM
My first attempt at vegan lollies and why not make them my favourite flavour, CHOCOLATE. Whipped these up yesterday afternoon and enjoyed them with my family today. They're perfect for a warm day by the pool.
MAKES: PREP TIME: FREEZE TIME:
6 fudgesicles 10 minutes Overnight
FOR THE LOLLIES:
2 cups of plant milk
2 tbsp of maple syrup
1/4 cup of coco powder
2 frozen bananas
Chopped pistachio nuts
Chocolate sauce (some 4 tbsp melted coconut oil and 2 tbsp cocoa powder)
MAKE THE LOLLIES:
1. Pop all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Once blended transfer to popsicle moulds and freeze overnight.
3. Remove from the freezer and drizzle with the chocolate sauce and sprinkle with some of the crushed pistachio.
