An easy make ahead brekkie idea to leave in the fridge over night and grab in the morning!

Ingredients:
2 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 cup strawberry flavoured soy milk
blend together and leave in a jar overnight.
It can be eaten as is or it can be topped or layered with anything you want.
I layered mine with strawberry soya yogurt, berries, banana and coconut
