A yummy go to recipe when you’re looking for something easy and new for breakfast. These delicous crepes are great to make in a hurry and fill with whatever is available on hand.
1 cup all purpose flour (you can also sub this for chickpea flour)
1/3 cup nutritional yeast
1 tbsp sriracha
1 tsp onion flakes / onion powder
A generous pinch of salt and some pepper
1 cup of water (can add up to 1/3 cup more to fix the consistency)
Mix all the dry ingredients together, then add the wet ingredients and mix until completely smooth (you can add more water if it looks to thick)
Cook over medium heat on a non-stick pan until crispy on the edges then flip over and cook the other side.
