In a high speed blender to food processor add:
3 frozen bananas
1/4 cup of plant milk
and blend until smooth then add:
a cup of the other mixed fruits (mango, pineapple and raspberries)
and blend until smooth again.
you can also add your favourite vegan protein powder to this.
add to a bowl and top with any toppings that you like
I used raspberries, passion fruit, chia seeds, banana, desiccated coconut and some granola.
