Layered breakfast treats

simple chocolate and vanilla nice cream layered smoothie glasses for a perfect breakfast.

The Recipe

makes 2 layered glasses

for the nice cream layers:

4-6 frozen bananas (depending on size)

1/4 cup plant milk

1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

the topping and other layers:

raspberries, granola, shredded coconut, banana and chocolate spread.


  1. In a food processor or high speed blender add the bananas, almond milk and vanilla extract and blend until smooth.

  2. Remove half of the mixture and place in a bowl

  3. Add the cocoa powder and blend again

  4. Layer the nice cream with your chosen toppings and serve.
