Such an easy and fun snack idea for when you feel like switching up that usual bowl of popcorn , so why not make it green. I'm a huge fan of sweet and salty popcorn (some of you might call me insane) and I also love matcha so why not combine the two.
1/4 - 1/2 cup corn kernels
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons matcha powder
2 teaspoons of coconut sugar
2 tablespoons vegan butter melted
In a large bowl melt the butter and sugar in the microwave then add the salt and matcha powder.
In a pot over medium heat, pop the popcorn.
When the popcorn is popped add it to the bowl and combine with the butter-matcha mixture until the popcorn is well coated.
