Granola 2 ways

This yummy chocolate or pb granola is a go to recipe for me and is perfect to top smoothie bowls, yogurt bowls or even by itself with some plant milk. I make it quite often and it probably only lasts a few days in my house, that's how much everyone loves it !


TWO WAYS

1. choc pb ⁣

2. plain peanut butter

Recipe: ⁣


- 2 cups rolled oats ⁣

- 1/4 cup maple syrup ⁣

- 1/4 cup natural peanut butter ⁣

- 1 tsp vanilla extract ⁣

- pinch of salt ⁣


- for the chocolate granola add 2 tbsp cocoa powder to the mixture ⁣

Mix the maple syrup, peanut butter, vanilla extract and salt in a bowl. ⁣

Add to the oats and combine. ⁣

Transfer to a baking sheet and bake at 180° for 20 min (take it out of the oven half way through and turn)⁣
