Another perfect way to get some greens in without even tasting them. Mixing your greens into a smoothie and adding some nut butter is the easiest way to do this !


Here’s a simple and easy recipe for a delicious and thick green smoothie bowl:

MAKES: PREP TIME: COOK TIME: 2 ⁣bowls 10 minutes None

⁣FOR THE SMOOTHIE:

4 / 5 frozen bananas⁣

1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk , you can add more depending on consistency. ⁣

1 - 1 1/2 tbsp peanut butter

a few generous handfuls of spinach⁣ (3-4 handfuls)

MAKE THE SMOOTHIE BOWL:

1. Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.

2. Top with banana, strawberries, some granola, desiccated coconut and some maple syrup. ⁣
