Another perfect way to get some greens in without even tasting them. Mixing your greens into a smoothie and adding some nut butter is the easiest way to do this !
Here’s a simple and easy recipe for a delicious and thick green smoothie bowl:

In a food processor or high speed blender add:
4 / 5 frozen bananas
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk , you can add more depending on consistency.
1 - 1 1/2 tbsp peanut butter
a few generous handfuls of spinach (3-4 handfuls)
blend until smooth and top with banana, strawberries, some granola, desiccated coconut and some maple syrup.
