Get those greens smoothie

My new favourite smoothie combination. I’ve probably had it for breakfast every morning for the past week.

It’s so yummy and the perfect way to get all those greens in without even tasting them.

This creamy smoothie is delicious and so easy to make.


INGREDIENTS

(serves 1)


3 handfuls of washed baby spinach ⁣

2 frozen bananas

1 tablespoon crunchy natural peanut butter

1 cup plant milk

1 cup water ⁣

Blend and serve in a jar or glass.
