CLASSIC VEGAN TOASTED CHEESE

Mozzarella and onion marmalade toasted sarmie, my perfect comfort food - crispy and gooey.



MAKES: PREP TIME: COOK TIME:

1 sarmie 10 minutes 5 minutes

FOR THE SARMIE:

2 slices of rye bread

1/2 tbsp of vegan butter

3 slices of violife vegan mozzarella

1 tsp of onion marmalade

TO MAKE THE SARMIE:

1. Slice two thick slices of rye bread.

2. Spread each side of the bread with some vegan butter.

3. Spread the onion marmalade on one slice and top with the vegan cheese then close the sarmie

4. Place in the toasted sarmie maker until golden and crispy on the outside

5. Slice and enjoy !
