BERRY AND BANANA SMOOTHIE BOWLS

The weather is finally getting a bit warmer and really I hope the sun sticks around... it’s starting to feel like summer. Its finally smoothie bowl season again and I decided to start it off with these berry and banana smoothie bowls topped with my favourite toppings.


⁣MAKES: PREP TIME: COOK TIME:

2 Smoothie bowls 5 minutes None

⁣FOR SMOOTHIE BOWL:

4 frozen bananas ⁣

2 cups of frozen berries ⁣

1/2 cup of almond milk


FOR TOPPINGS:

1/2 cup of granola

2 tsp chia seeds

1 banana, sliced

2 tsp macadamia nut butter

MAKE THE SMOOTHIE BOWL:

1. Blend all the ingredients in a food processor or high speed blender.

2. Top with the toppings and enjoy.
